Fairview Baptist Tabernacle Church, Sweetwater, recently called Hollie Miller as full-time pastor. He formerly served as pastor of Sevier Heights Baptist Church, Knoxville, for 31 years and is a past president of the Tennessee Baptist Convention.
Fayette Baptist Church, Somerville, has called Hunter Burris as children’s minister. He and his wife, Taylor, have been serving as interim directors for several months.
Brian Nolen recently resigned as minister of youth at First Baptist Church, Clifton.
Ray’s Chapel Baptist Church, Waynesboro, called John Dial as pastor on March 14.
Grace Falls Baptist Church, Fayetteville, recently called Corey Buckner as pastor.
David Hammonds recently resigned as pastor of Kagleys Chapel Baptist Church, Maryville.

Judy Luck
DEATH
Judith Ann “Judy” Luck of Athens died April 21 at the age of 77. She served as the WMU director for McMinn-Meigs Baptist Association and as a member of the Tennessee WMU Executive Board since 2004. Luck also served as Tennessee WMU promotion director for the southeast region since 2019. She was a director of the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board from 2010-16. Luck is survived by her husband of 55 years, Ray Luck, a retired Tennessee Baptist pastor and director of missions, two children and four grandchildren.
